What we are
IM Nirmaan Foundation is an independent not-for-profit company registered under Section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013. We build people, communities and futures — through practical skilling and certification, employment linkages and self-employment pathways, and the conservation of India's built heritage.
We work with corporate CSR partners, institutions and government. Our operating model is deliberately lean: a small central team, per-batch trainers and hired venues, so funding flows to outcomes rather than overheads — and every outcome is recorded and verifiable.
